ZZ Top bassist Dusty Hill fell on his tour bus last night and now several tour dates have been cancelled, including the band's stop with Jeff Beck at DTE Energy Music Theatre tonight. According to a press release from Palace Sports and Entertainment, ticket sales will be refunded at point of purchase.

Palace Sports and Entertainment will also dole out tickets to one of two shows being held this holiday weekend, either Queensryche or the Oddball Comedy Festival are up for grabs. Tickets will be granted by bringing the refunded ZZ Top/Jeff Beck tickets to the Palace or DTE Energy Music Theatre box offices.
