Apollo Brown Releases Mini-Mix

Here's a brand new release from Detroit-based producer Apollo Brown that just came out this afternoon featuring rare and exclusive material. It is essentially a precursor to Apollo's upcoming full length album dropping March 1st. We first started talking about Apollo on this site last year when he was grinding harder than Kirk Maltby and Darren McCarty and releasing projects with as many underground hip-hop artists as possible. He put out a proper album with fellow Detroiter Boog Brown entitled Brown Study, and then dropped Gas Mask, with his own group, The Left, a month later.

He's back at it again, and since his upcoming sophomore solo disc, Clouds, is due next month, fans can get a taste of what he's working on via this nine track digital EP. Download below or stream it via his bandcamp site. You'll hear cuts from Danny Brown, Marv Won, Finale, Magestik Legend, and Diamond District. It's all free. If you dig it, consider pre-order Clouds if you feel so inclined.
