City Slang: Happy Mother’s Day

Moms are awesome, ain’t they? Who else makes boo-boo’s feel better? In honor of mothers everywhere, here are some celebratory Detroit tunes.

Forward to the 2:35 mark here to hear the great Aretha Franklin singing A Mother’s Love.

Finally who could ever say it better than Bob Seger. Here’s Momma.
