The School of Rock in Farmington will play a gig at the Uptown Grille in Commerce, Michigan on Saturday, September 22 showcasing songs by Michigan artists past and present.
The Doors will open at 2:00pm and the show will commence at 2:30pm. The profits from the show will be donated to the Detroit Music Awards Foundation (DMAF), which supports, honors and recognizes current and past Michigan musicians.
In addition, on Saturday, September 29, at the same venue, the School of Rock will present Divas of Rock from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The profits from the show will be donated to Alternatives for Girls.Follow @City_Slang
