The new year is upon us, and the Detroit School of Rock and Pop wants to remind us that these winter months are a great time to knuckle down and learn an instrument. Enrollment is open.

They say, “January is a great time of year to learn that instrument you’ve always wanted to be able to play. Whether you just got it during the holidays or you’ve had it collecting dust for years in the corner, now’s the time to get some help!

“Private lessons, band experience, Jazz ensembles, studio circle, and live shows are just a few ways you can “Stop Practicing ” and “Start Performing” in 2014!”

Students get FREE studio time on Mondays, and enrollment is now open for this summer’s Music Camp. The concert series continues on Friday, January 24, with John Holk & the Sequins, and there are Jazz Experience classes too.

Get learning.
