"Lazaretto," the lead single from the eponymous forthcoming album from Jack White, is now available to stream, and the track will be available to purchase digitally starting tomorrow. It has a similar sonic palate to 2012's Blunderbuss. Sample lyrics: "I'm so Detroit I make it rise from the ashes."
This weekend, White cut what he calls the World's Fastest Studio-to-Store Records for Records Store Day, recording "Lazaretto" (and b-side "Power of My Love" by Elvis) and releasing it on vinyl in just 3 hours and 55 minutes at Third Man Record's top-to-bottom facility. Read more here.
