ICYNHI: Flying Saucer Attack's tribute to Jeff Mills, off a Peel session 20 years ago

In case you never heard it, here is a dark, awesome tribute to Detroit's techno genius Jeff Mills, performed live in the studios of BBC for John Peel's celebrated and still very much missed radio program on January 3, 1996.

Flying Saucer Attack was/ is the heavy ambient-drone project of David Pearce, who sometimes had other people in the band though not always. FSA started in Bristol, UK in 1992. Word on the street is that Pearce suffers from rather severe agoraphobia. I hope that wherever he is and whatever he's doing, that he's OK! His music is uniformly great.
