This be that time: Duane the Brand New Dog drops new album, video

The last time we last checked in with Duane the Brand New Dog (the artist formerly known as Duane the Teenage Weirdo), he said he'd be following up his CD-R EP and CD-R EP 2 with a full-length. We're happy to report that record dropped Tuesday in the form of CD​-​R LP. (See what he did there?) Head over to Duane's Bandcamp page to check it out. 

Duane also released a new video for "This Be That Time," whose house-inflected beat and stylish fashions could be straight outta the '90s. There are so many great screenshots we could have taken, but we liked this one featuring world clocks for both Detroit and Flint.



Duane's next live show is opening for DFA Record's Sinkane. The show starts at 9 p.m. Nov. 20 at the Majestic Cafe, 4140 Woodward Ave, Detroit. Tickets are $10.
