Jazzy Nights at Chene Park kicks off tonight

Acclaimed, Grammy Award-winning pianist Robert Glasper and violinist Damien Escobar play tonight at 7:30 at the Chene Park Amphitheatre, 2600 Atwater St, Detroit. The show is only $15. 

This event kicks off the Jazzy Nights Series, a series of (you guessed it) jazz performances that runs until August 17. Other artists playing the Jazzy Night Series include Norman Brown, the Brand New Heavies, Ramsey Lewis, Terence Blanchard, Maysa and Mike Phillips, Patrice Rushen, Will Downing, and many more.
