We might have a gray, gloomy week ahead of us, but it seems like summer is just around the corner. Evidence of that appealing notion is the announcement of a Beach Boys tour with a summer stop at Freedom Hill.

Sure, the boys will be here sans Brian Wilson, but you know what, a performance by the classic American band helmed by Mike Love and Bruce Johnston will be replete with just as many good vibrations.

The show is planned for Thursday, July 19 at 7:30 p.m. and tickets start at $20.

Tickets go on sale Friday, Feb. 23 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased through Ticketmaster.com, 313Presents.com, LiveNation.com, or at the Fox Theatre and Little Caesars Arena box offices.

Until then, enjoy this summery track.
