Ten years later, it's still so cold in the D

On her instant classic "It's So Cold in the D," T-Baby posed the eternal question: When it's so cold out, "How the fuck do we supposed to keep peace?"

Now, more than a decade later, the track is as relevant as ever. Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has called a state of emergency as another dangerous polar vortex grips Michigan, and has made the unusual call for residents to turn their thermostats down to 65 degrees and conserve electricity and natural gas so as not to crash the system. Understandably, on the coldest day of the year, people are pissed.

Today's high will be 3 degrees, with a low of -4. Stay warm, and let the soothing sounds of T-Baby's chill 2008 hit calm you.

T-Baby re-recorded the track in 2015:
