This day-long management conference, presented by PNC Bank, provides low-cost training nonprofit professionals, board members and volunteers through various breakout sessions during the day. Participants are free choose the sessions they wish to attend, with topics covering seven core areas of nonprofit management: Governance/Operations, Marketing and Technology, Human Resources/Volunteers/Staff, Fund Development/Donor Relations, Leadership/Board Development, Strategic Planning and Finance/Accounting. The cost for the conference, breakfast & lunch included, is $60 for Troy Chamber members and $110 for non-members. Two or more attendees from the same non-member organization will receive a $10 discount per person.
