Bela Fleck is known around the world (and especially around these parts) for being an amazing banjo player. He took bluegrass to new heights while performing in New Grass Revival and later mastered the mixing of bluegrass, jazz, and other styles while performing as Bela Fleck and the Fleckstones. His wife, Abigail Washburn, has some mighty fine bluegrass chops as well. The two have been known to play at picking parties, but after having their son Juno, they decided the best way to stay together is to play together. The two will take the stage at Ann Arbor’s Power Center for the first time as a duo, so you won’t want to miss it.
