When: Mondays, 7:30-8:30 p.m. Continues through June 5
Focusing on a new set of Belly Dance combinations each week. Combos will be designed to utilize the technique we covered in the previous hour, and apply them to looped movement sequences. We will break Combos down from the ground up, just note, the nitty gritty technique with be broken down in the earlier class! Drilling looped sequences allows an opportunity for muscle memory to set in further, play with musicality, and encourages the mind to relax and the body to smooth transitions out. All levels welcome!
