Detroit Bikes makes some pretty cool rides with prices tags in the slightly more reasonable range of $700. The bikes are made in a 50,000-square-foot factory in Detroit where hand-welded chromoly steel tubing and a custom-designed rear rack, among other parts, are fitted together for a well-made ride.
