B Spot uses a 40-40-20 mix of sirloin, chuck, and brisket, and does inventive stuff like load a burger onto challah bread, devise creative add-ons, and build-your-own options. Our reviewer was partial to the "New Jack City," with chorizo, avocado, salsa verde, roasted red peppers, red onion, and pepperjack.
