Shangri-La is a fun place to eat. It has a quirky interior, extremely attentive servers, and excellent dim sum, those small plates that are something like Chinese tapas. Most dim sum offer a bite or so for at least three diners. Shangri-La’s versatile kitchen will make everything from sushi to such Americanized comfort food as almond boneless chicken. And their full bar has everything from sake to infused vodkas and more. You can’t always find a place that will please everybody in your group, but Shangri-La is a good bet.
