Fishbone's has a reputation for doing everything — and in a big way — but they do it all with skill, especially their seafood. That part of the sprawling menu encompasses nine fish, from ahi tuna steak to tilapia, as well as crab, lobster, and shrimp four ways. The appetizer list even has oysters on the half-shell and oysters Rockefeller.
