Choices, choices! The good news is that there are three or four days of festivities that can be spread over these awesome, and very different, events. We recommend looking carefully at the Arts, Beats & Eats lineup to figure out which bands you want to see and planning your route in and out. The crowds there can be intense. The Detroit Jazz Fest and the Hamtramck Labor Day Fest are far more relaxed, and you can drop in and out to check out something new at will. It’s all great, and evidence that metro Detroit is the place to be in the summer.
