There’s something so perfectly ’90s about what Nashville indie four-piece Bully manages to create. Courtney Love would surely envy the feral howls of singer Alicia Bognanno, and Sonic Youth likely wishes they could let loose a bit more the way Bully masterfully and recklessly accomplishes. On the heels of their sophomore Sub Pop release Losing, Bully is winning the game of lo-fi sincerity and giving no fucks.
Doors open at 8 p.m.; 1501 Holden St., Detroit; 313-338-3674; Tickets are $15.
