Bumbo’s Pop Up

Brian Krawczyk, perhaps better known in the culinary community as Bumbo, puts an innovative and delicious spin on Polish cuisine. The menu for this pop up is enough to make you salivate, which includes potato, spinach, mushroom and gorgonzola pierogi, kielbasa sliders with caramelized onion and apple compote as well as a soup and a salad dish.
