Cakes Da Killa

MOCAD continues to book some of the most fun, provocative shows, with this evening of left-field hip-hop clearly a highlight of their new season of music events. Cakes Da Killa, a young and openly gay rapper, has been often compared to Lil’ Kim with good reason. Appearing with Cakes is producer and DJ UNIIQU3, a pioneering Jersey-based hip-hop artist. Opening artist Miz Korona is one of Detroit’s biggest and best, bar none. Get to this show early.
