Car show

Cars R Stars

When: Sun., June 11, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. 2017

A car show unlike any other in metro Detroit, Cars R Stars will feature three iconic art deco-style 1930s Stout Scarabs, which is most exciting when you consider the fact that only nine were ever made and only five are thought to exist today. The outdoor car show will also feature the famous Tucker automobile of 1948 — largely considered ahead of its time — as well as the infamous Corvair of the 1960s that came under attack by Ralph Nader. An Amphicar, which runs on both land and water, the futuristic T87, a Delorean DMC 12, a mini BMW lsettas, and a Fiat Jolly will be featured along with several VW Beetles and mini buses from the ’50s and ’60s.

Price: $5 for adults and free for children 12 years and younger
