Chocolate’s Infusions: Medical Edibles and More: Medical Marihuana recipes compiled by Ms. Chocolate

This pocket-sized recipe book packs a wealth of information about cooking with cannabis. As author Ms. Chocolate points out, ingesting marijuana is more effective for alleviating pain, and you can consume less to get the same effect from smoking. Pot brownies are just the tip of the iceberg here: Instructions on how to make marijuana-infused canna-butter, canna-oil and canna-milk provide the foundation for making smoothies, mac and cheese, pasta sauces, salsa, deviled eggs and much more. Aside from edibles, there are also recipes for making pain-relieving balms and creams, and even ways of making use of the “trash parts” of the plant — the stems and roots — to make a topical liniment. The book is available at michiganmedicalmarijuana.org for $10 (including shipping and handling).
