Special dinner

Enjoy a price fix lamb chop dinner presented by Chef Arthur Harris. The lamb chops will be smothered in a seven spice rub, and served with a fresh mint jelly. The wild dirty rice features ground buffalo and sweet peppers. End your gourmet diner with chocolate mousse topped with strawberries and Calder's whipped cream.
