Clutch & Throttle will host a holiday toy drive now through Dec. 31. The shop will accept donations of NEW toys at its store. All items collected will be donated to local nonprofit Brilliant Detroit. Brilliant Detroit’s wish list includes a wide variety of gifts: skateboards, sports equipment, learning electronics, art sets, puzzles, Legos, Barbie Dolls, Playdough and accessories, card games, play home equipment and winter clothing. All items must be new and in original packaging. Brilliant Detroit provides a radically new approach to kindergarten readiness in neighborhoods and create a unique delivery model for early childhood development.
