Come Walk with Us

When: Starts Sept. 9. Saturdays, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Continues through May 19, 2018

“Come Walk with Us” program is a program designed to help individuals to live a healthier lifestyle by exercising, walking and learning about additive substances and healthy tips. The program is focus on youth and their families in the city of Detroit. In order to improve healthy habits among youth, you must work with their parents and guardians so that the home environment reinforces the healthy lifestyles.
