Sure, Easter has lots of greasy kids’ stuff like grubbing for chocolate eggs, biting the heads off chocolate bunnies, and basically overdosing on cocoa butter. But what about the adults? How about the ultimate buffet at MGM Grand Detroit’s Palette Dining Studio? There’ll be pineapple-glazed ham at the carving station, braised short ribs in a rosemary-pinot noir sauce, grilled mahi-mahi with a tomato, caper, and red onion relish, and salmon and spinach risotto and so much more. There’ll even be some sweet stuff, such as a blackberry cabernet sorbet.
