When you hear those words, "You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here," there's always room at the all-night diner. No reason to not look slinky and elegant, even pressed there, between the fluorescents and the Formica. It just takes a little poise, balance and equanimity: All eyes can be on you and not for a second do you look or feel out of place. And why should you? You haven't wasted a moment all day, and as the minute hand creeps past midnight, you have every right to stay sensational as long as you dare.
