Girard Winery for Winemakers Dinner

Attention wine lovers! Royal Oak’s Vinotecca has partnered with Girard Winery to celebrate an evening of fine wine on Wednesday, March 23 as part of restaurant’s Winemakers Dinner series. The evening’s wine selection will be complemented by a custom menu created by Vinotecca’s Executive Chef Robert Young. Guests can expect charcuterie, a selection of cured meats and cheeses, pan seared Mackerel, mackerel filet on a citrus and quinoa salad, porcini ravioli - mushroom-filled ravioli, lamb shank ragout and parmesan crisps, and much more.
