Spice Rack, a pop-up operated by two local chefs who will soon take over the kitchen at the UFO Factory, keep it simple and excellent. Each dish is only $10, and all options are delicious. We can guarantee that the creamy shrimp and andouille over grits; the “low country fried chicken,” served with a sweet potato waffle; and the biscuits and gravy are each ridiculously good. DJ Yeti, aka our own music editor Mike McGonigal (who has compiled dozens of gospel re-issues) will play a wide variety of killer gospel jams for the entirety of the brunch.
