Indie(pen)dence: A Benefit Concert

When: Fri., Dec. 5, 6 p.m. 2014

No one likes poverty and illiteracy (unless you’re someone who benefits from them, but we’re not going to play conspiracy theorist right now), and five of Detroit’s indie rock bands (The Static Dial, Ponyshow, The Bruised Reed, Moon Walks, and The Paper Sound) are teaming up to show you just how much they hate it. In partnership with Wayne State University’s buildOn chapter, the entirety of the ticket sales will go toward combating worldwide poverty and illiteracy. Take their hands and take up a cause.

Price: $8 ADV - $10 DOS
