Created by Amelie Ravalec and Travis Collins, Industrial Soundtrack for the Urban Decay travels through the ruins of Europe’s industrial cities and America’s avant-garde scene to find where industrial was birthed. Going back to the picket lines, economic recession, and cultural oppression of the ’70s, the film sees factory workers, students, and then unemployed as artists and musical pioneers who founded the genre and changed the face of music forever.
