Introduction to NIA (fitness workout)

The NIA technique is a mind/body physical conditioning program that initially stood for Non-Impact aerobics. It combines martial arts, modern dance and yoga in a fun and playful way. Come join Nia instructor Stacey Peper for an enjoyable hour of movement which never feels like a workout. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat (optional), and water.
