You know what we love? Whiskey. It makes the world go ‘round, or at least it makes the world tolerable. The people at Ale Mary’s Beer Hall in Royal Oak know what a wonderful thing whiskey is, which is why they’re holding this very special dinner with Jefferson’s Whiskey as the guest of honor. The four-course dinner includes dishes like Jefferson Manhattan-seared scallop with fried plantain and peach gastrique, bacon and blue cheese flatbread with caramelized onions and arugula, Jefferson Ocean Aged-coffee encrusted filet with a celery root gratin braised swiss chard, and chocolate lava cake made with Jefferson’s Reserve and bourbon caramel.
