Joyous Jubilee: Polish Carols, Song & Dance

When: Sun., Nov. 29, 3-5 p.m. 2015

Hailed by the Chicago Tribune as an “ethnic extravaganza,” Lira celebrates its 50th Anniversary with a new holiday production, featuring Polish and American carols, classical music—including Chopin—and a wealth of folk songs and dances from various regions of Poland performed in colorful, authentic costumes. Jazz singer Grazyna Auguscik guest stars with her own jazz carols.
