2008 was the year for British songstresses. Adele released 18, Duffy dropped her earworm “Mercy”, and Kate Nash made waves with her sleeper hit “Foundations.” Nash has topped her share of international charts, but has remained pretty low-key until now. Thanks to crowdfunding efforts, the singer returned last month with her fourth studio album, Yesterday Was Forever. In addition to her sardonic pop music, the 30-year-old has also been spending some time on screen, most recently as Rhonda “Britannica” Richardson on the Netflix original series Glow.
