Every other young person in Corktown is influenced by early Americana, these days. But Lac La Belle—a duo who play mandolin, banjo, accordion, harmonizing vocals, ukulele, and plain old guitar—are the real deal. Join the group in celebrating their recently released third album, A Friend Too Long, which was written in a secluded cabin in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, and then recorded here in Detroit, in their house, at the height of last year’s dreary winter storm.
