It seems there’s trouble in paradise for Christine. Despite escaping the clutches of the murderous Opera Ghost, she and hubby Raoul are still living in the shadows of their former love triangle. In this sequel to Andrew Lloyd Weber’s Phantom of the Opera, the married couple travels to America in order to escape their financial woes, but it seems they’ll soon become entangled in the Phantom’s web once more. But, this time, their young son, Gustave, will be the OG’s pawn. The traveling production will be in town through Oct. 29.
Show begins at 8 p.m.; 3011 W. Grand Blvd., Detroit; 313-872-1000; broadwayindetroit.com; Tickets start at $39.
