Meditation is a mental discipline, which has been used for centuries to induce deep relaxation and inspiration. Recognized by many religions as a means to greater enlightenment, meditation is also used as a bridge to the spiritual realms in the search for clarity in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual realms. While this class will focus on spiritual development, if your goal is to achieve a higher state of consciousness, greater focus, creativity, self-awareness, de-stress or simply a more relaxed state, meditation may be the tool you’re seeking.
