Head downtown to enjoy some serious holiday spirit as the Shul and NEXTGen light an enormous menorah in Cadillac Square. The event welcomes everyone, Jew and Gentile, to enjoy the festive occasion. In addition to the lighting of the menorah there will be magic and clown shows, fire jugglers and acrobats, face painting, horse and buggy rides, and more family fun. The 26-foot-tall menorah was designed by brothers and Detroit Design Center artists Erik and Israel Nordin, and it will be erected each year in Cadillac Square on the first night of Hanukkah.
