Migguel Anggelo

When: Sat., March 14, 7-8:30 & 9-10:30 p.m. 2015

Brooklyn-based singer Migguel Anggelo (yes, that’s really how his name is spelled) has teamed up with plucky tango revisionists the Oblivion Project for a series of shows where they perform their own intricate and subtle interpretations of the music of Argentine’s tango master, Astor Piazzolla. The Latin Post has raved that Anggelo’s “energy is so contagious that you can’t help but become engrossed by his intensity, piercing eyes, and poetry, and then two seconds later, he has you in stitches with his animated facial expressions and quirky sense of humor.”

Price: $5 - $30
