No Fear Cafe fitness classes teach children how to utilize the power of meditation to deal with daily emotions. Children can benefit tremendously by simply learning how to control their breathing. Breathing is an important aspect in exercise, which helps children to relieve anxiety and stress; as well as reduces tantrums, all while the kids are having fun and staying engaged! Courses vary and may additionally include PiYo, Pilates, and yoga and more! Bring a mat or buy one from No Fear Cafe. Limit 4 families. Fresh fruit and smoothies included! Fee is for one adult and one child.
