Natives & Pioneers: A Panel Discussion Exploring Art & Gentrification

A collaboration between the Carr Center, the University of Michigan Stamps School of Art & Design, and online arts journal Infinite Mile, this panel discussion looks at art’s relationship with one the hottest topics in Detroit today. Moderated by Francis Grunow (New Solutions Group), the panel includes a diversity of voices, including Rick Lowe (founder and director of Project Row Houses, Houston), Michael Forsyth (Revolve Detroit), Richard Hosey (developer), Rebecca Mazzei (director of Trinosophes and former art critic for MT), and Marsha Music (writer and 2012 Kresge Literary Arts Fellow).
