At this special pop up dinner, you can try four types of gnocchi in ground sauce, including Pašticada Njoki (Croatian), Merda dé Can (French), Strangolapretti (Italian) and Krautspätzle (German). A Basil Panna Cotta with Pine Nut Brittle will be served for desert. Throughout the evening, Norway Project will present a TESTtube session with acoustic strings by Leah Elizabeth Dunstan, Julia Stephenson and Dan Clark of Eleanora with found sounds and low beat soundscapes by RJ Stefanski.
