When: Jan. 8-10 2016
There will be dueling chainsaws, an ice playground, live entertainment, fire and ice towers, cross-country skiing, a food festival, a party lot, and plenty more attractions and events at the annual Plymouth Ice Festival. Of course the family-friendly event is all about the interactive ice sculptures that will be placed all around the city’s booming downtown district. We suggest checking out Ironwood Grill, the Sardine Room, or Compari’s on the Park for food and drinks, and Muriel’s Doll House and Toy Cottage, Haven, and Genuine Toy Co. if you’re looking to pick up some cute curios. Open 3 p.m.-10 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday; downtown Plymouth; 248-817-8836; plymouthicefestival.com; free.
