Dinner and a show don’t usually come in a package as special as this. Chef Matthew Baldridge, a guy who’s spent time working as the executive chef at Cliff Bell’s, the executive chef at Seldom Blues, and the chef de cuisine at the Rattlesnake Club, created this pop-up dinner and menu. He developed the special “pre-glow” menu that will be followed by a performance from the Latin Jazz All-Stars.
