Billed as a union solidarity-building session and rally in support of threatened Delphi workers and 4,400 mechanics and custodians on strike against Northwest Airlines, the event will feature UAW president Ron Gettelfinger and Ray Rogers, director of Corporate Campaign, Inc., an innovative group that assists labor organizations. The 7 p.m. event, being held at 16703 Fort St. in Southgate, is free and open to the public. Contact Curt Booza at 248-396-8373.
