Galerie Camille is honored to present recent works by Renata Palubinskas. Palubinskas' main themes cover complex philosophical ideas, communicated through allegorical and symbolic representation. Questions about relativity of reality, true identity, and death are ideas expressed through her art. Her work reflects philosophical and religious traditions of both the East and West. Being an artist, as well as a painting conservator, Palubinskas is well acquainted with the techniques of the old masters. Palubinskas uses crisp brushwork with subtle nuances of color, thru the use of glazes of thinned paint, she achieves depth and luminosity in her work.
