When: Sat., Dec. 5, 5 p.m. 2015
For a short and horrible period of time, alcohol was illegal in the United States. Thankfully, everyone came to their senses rather quickly and ended that awful era after 13 short years. On Dec. 5, 1933 the 21st Amendment was ratified and everyone was allowed to get crunk once more. Celebrate the end of Prohibition at Sugar House with live music, Prohibition era-style drink specials, and a Fernet bike raffle. Tables and chairs will be cleared from the cozy little bar to make way for an open floor plan that will really allow the party to get roaring.
